Welcome to Mindful M3, The M3 stands for “Me”. Its a place where every child discovers the secret superpowers already living inside them—Awareness, Accountability, and the magic of Mindset, Manners, and Movement. This isn’t just another kids’ program—it’s superhero training for real life - simply teaching kids how Super it is to be Humane

Mindful M3 (Mindful Me) is a children's curriculum that transforms how kids think, feel, and move through the world. Built for 3rd–5th graders, its magic works at any age.

MAYA MINDSET - WISE OWL

Maya teaches you how to see differently—through the power of thoughts, perception, and awareness. With Maya, kids discover how to focus their minds like a laser, turn setbacks into learning moments, and plant thoughts that grow like a garden.

MILO MANNERS - GENTLE DEER

Milo brings the magic of kindness, empathy, and self-respect. He helps children create their own superhero code—how to treat others, how to listen, and how to be the kind of friend others trust and admire.

MAX MOVEMENT - FREEDOM FOX

Max is action and energy! He shows that how you move, breathe, rest, and care for your body all shape how you feel. Max teaches how simple habits lead to powerful outcomes, from posture to play.
