Zen Remedy is licensed and skilled to assess your environment as well as your “Inviroment”

We will spend some time with you on the phone to conduct a needs assessment and to set up a time for a free initial consultation.

Clients are billed upon the completion of services rendered. At the end of each agreed-upon billing schedule, Zen Remedy will bill clients for hours utilized, as well as expenses. We currently accept Cash, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Checks as forms of payment.

We recognize that unforeseen circumstances may arise, necessitating the cancellation of a massage appointment. Our policy aims to accommodate such situations while ensuring fairness to our therapists and clients.

1. First-Time Cancellation: If you need to cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice for the first time, we understand that emergencies can occur. In this instance, we will waive the cancellation fee as a courtesy.

2. Second Consecutive Short-Notice Cancellation: Should you cancel a second consecutive appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the service cost will be applied. This fee compensates our therapists for the reserved time slot.

3. Subsequent Short-Notice Cancellations: For any consecutive cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice beyond the second instance, the full service fee will be charged. This policy reflects the impact of last-minute cancellations on our ability to offer services to other clients.

We kindly request that you plan accordingly and inform us as early as possible should you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. This approach allows us to manage our schedule effectively and provide the best service to all our clients. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
