Most people know exactly how to maintain healthy relationships and environment, It’s just that for one reason or another, they do not practice what they know.
Each lesson will cover a scientific principle and include a practice to be used during times of upset and dis-ease.
I ask you to commit yourself to a mentality of practice, to use the skills taught in a conscientious effort with every possible moment. LOOK FOR AND AWAIT opportunities to use your Lifestyle architecture skills with every possible experience and thought you have.
This stuff will only work when practiced, it does nothing good when you just talk about it.
