A Different Kind of Support for Children, Parents, and Families

Experience, Knowledge and Heart

When things don’t go the way you hoped they would

It starts with connection.

A tiny hand reaching for yours.
Trust. Closeness. Something simple and natural.

And somewhere along the way… things get harder

More tension.
More resistance.
More moments where it feels like you’re trying—and it’s not landing.

You say something… and they shut down.
You try to help… and they push away.

And you’re left wondering:

“What changed?”
“What am I missing?”

You’re not alone.

And more importantly—this is something that can be understood and changed.

How this work was built

My path into this work didn’t start with behavior or parenting.

It started with the body.

For over 30 years, I worked in physical health through massage and bodywork—helping people reduce pain, recover, and feel better in their own bodies.

Over time, I began working more deeply with adults—supporting people through challenges like:

  • relationship struggles

  • grief and loss

  • addiction and emotional pain

  • feeling stuck or lacking purpose

And one thing became clear:

What people feel… how they think… and how they live
are all connected.

That understanding naturally led me to the place where it matters most:

children, families, and the patterns that shape a life early on.

Where the focus is now

Today, much of my work is with children, adolescents, and families navigating real challenges.

Things like:

  • emotional overwhelm

  • anger and shutdown

  • self-harm and harmful coping patterns

  • eating struggles

  • lack of motivation or direction

Many of the families I work with have already tried therapy, counseling, or other programs without finding lasting progress.

They’re not looking for more information.
They’re looking for something that actually helps.

A different kind of support

My approach is solution-based, practical, and relationship-centered.

This isn’t about labeling or long-term dependency.

It’s about helping people:

  • understand what’s really happening

  • respond with clarity instead of reaction

  • build skills that work in real life.

The goal is not just to get through hard moments—
it’s to build a Lifestyle to handle all of life with confidence.

Guided by experience. Grounded in real life.

This work is built on decades of hands-on experience helping people navigate both physical and emotional challenges.

  • 30+ years in body-based healing and pain relief

  • 20+ years as an educator, working with every age from preschool through College

  • Certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), and Neuropsychotherapy (NPT-C)

  • Author of Lifestyle Architecture: How to Build a Life of Purpose, Freedom, and Sustainable Happiness

Over time, this experience revealed something important:

Real change doesn’t come from theory alone.
It comes from understanding how the body, mind, and behavior all work together in real life.

🟣 Mindful M3 — For Children
Teaching mindset, manners, and movement so children can build confidence, emotional strength, and real-life skills.

🔵 Lifestyle Architecture — For Individuals & Families

Seeking clarity and freedom in your own life?

More than professional—it’s personal

Beyond training and experience, this work is grounded in real life.

As a father, I’ve experienced the same moments many parents face—
wanting to do the right thing, and not always having a clear path forward.

That perspective shapes everything I do.

The work is not theoretical.

It’s practical, lived, and built with both skill and heart.
