What Sessions Look Like

What a Mindful M3 Session Looks Like

Each session is simple, engaging, and designed to build awareness and accountability while making growth feel fun and doable:

  • Breath & Body Reset (3–5 minutes grounding)
We start by coming into the present—wiggling fingers and toes, rolling shoulders, freezing like a statue, and then melting like honey. This reset helps children settle their bodies and focus their minds.

  • Skill of the Day
Each session highlights one powerful tool, like “Name It to Tame It” for emotions, “Pause–Point–Pick” for decision-making, or a Repair Script for fixing mistakes with kindness.

  • Mini-Mission
Children leave with a small, practical mission to apply at home or school. These simple actions build consistency, responsibility, and confidence in real-life settings.

  • Confidence Rep (Closing Win)
Every session ends by celebrating a quick success and tracking progress. This reinforces growth, boosts motivation, and strengthens self-belief over time.

Mindful M3 weaves mindset, manners, and movement into every activity—always anchored by awareness and accountability—so children learn not only what to do, but how to live it every day.

  • As parents of a vulnerable teenage daughter struggling with personality disorder symptoms and self-harm, my wife and I went through hell trying to find help.

    Letter from a grateful parent

  • We tried counseling, medication, and private programs, but nothing worked—many only deepened her distrust and isolation.

  • Then we met Mr. Shu. From the first session, it was clear he was different. His expertise is impressive, but it’s his genuine care, adaptability, and ability to truly connect that set him apart.

  • In just months, we’ve seen a remarkable transformation. Our daughter, once withdrawn and self-conscious, is now confident, resilient, socially engaged, and thriving—off medication and growing into a young leader.

  • We often tear up reflecting on our daughter’s progress. Where we once felt hopeless, we now see a bright future. Mr. Shu has a rare gift, and we are forever grateful for the impact he has had on her life.
