What Sessions Look Like

A session feels like:

  • A skill of the day (e.g., “Name it to Tame it,” “Pause-Point-Pick,” “Repair Script”)

  • A mini-mission to practice at home or school

  • A closing confidence rep (quick win + track progress)

    Letter from a grateful parent

  • We tried counseling, medication, and private programs, but nothing worked—many only deepened her distrust and isolation.

  • Then we met Mr. Shu. From the first session, it was clear he was different. His expertise is impressive, but it’s his genuine care, adaptability, and ability to truly connect that set him apart.

  • In just months, we’ve seen a remarkable transformation. Our daughter, once withdrawn and self-conscious, is now confident, resilient, socially engaged, and thriving—off medication and growing into a young leader.
