The practices I share are skills-based, solution-focused, and designed to support children and families in building resilience, confidence, and healthy daily habits.

While I often use methods informed by psychology and neuroscience, my role is not to diagnose or treat mental illness. Instead, I help children and parents develop practical tools for mindset, manners, and movement—the foundations of lifestyle.

Most importantly: my work is effective. Families who work with me see real, usable changes in daily life.
