Fox Ridge · A note from your neighbor

A Stronger Community Starts With Knowing Our Neighbors

Hi, I’m Shu, your Fox Ridge neighbor. I’d love to get to know you—if you’d ever like to grab a coffee, please reach out. Bringing people together is part of my nature, and I believe we can make our neighborhood safer, stronger, and more welcoming simply by knowing one another.

Let’s have coffee
A little about me

From struggling
to snuggling.

Much of my life’s work centers on helping people feel better and connect more deeply. I hold certifications in mental health modalities, and I draw on that training to help families raising neurodivergent children or navigating behavioral challenges.

Through practical tools for calmer communication, managing emotions, and building closer relationships, I help families move from struggling to snuggling.

Experienced, personal care

Three decades of practice.
17 years of teaching.

I also bring three decades of massage therapy experience, including 17 years teaching massage, to the personalized care I offer.

You can read more about my background and qualifications or hear from my clients.

Connection is in my nature.

That same care extends into my community leadership and involvement with my daughter’s school, the municipality, Covenant House, and the Governor’s Health and Safety Conference. Here at home, it starts with small things: saying hello, sharing a helpful update, lending a tool, or checking in on someone who could use a hand.

My hope is to make it easier for us to stay connected while respecting everyone’s privacy and space. Join in whenever it feels useful—there’s no pressure or obligation.

I look forward to knowing you.
