Mindful M3 for a Mindful Me
Think Clearer. Connect Stronger. Feel Better.
An interactive experience with practical skills for focus, communication, resilience, and healthier everyday habits.
Come curious. Leave with skills.
Bring Mindful M3 to Your GroupThis isn’t another workshop. It’s an experience.
- No hour-long lecture.
- No sitting quietly while someone talks at you.
- No pile of information you forget before you get home.
You’ll participate. You’ll experiment. You’ll move. You’ll laugh. You’ll discover surprising things about the way your own mind works.
Most importantly, you’ll practice simple skills you can actually use after you leave.
Because understanding something is valuable. Being able to use it is better.
Three areas that influence almost everything we do.
Mindset, Manners, and Movement work together to shape how we think, connect, feel, and move through the world.
How we think.
Attention • perception • emotion
Through fun experiments and interactive challenges, participants get a firsthand look at attention, assumptions, emotions, and the incredible ways our minds shape experience.
You may discover that something can be right in front of you—and your brain still misses it.
How we connect.
Listening • curiosity • respect
Manners are about much more than “please” and “thank you.” They are how people communicate, cooperate, disagree, repair, and understand one another.
We explore what happens between what I said, what I meant, and what you heard.
How we live in our bodies.
Breath • posture • state
The mind and body aren’t separate teams. Breathing, posture, sleep, movement, stress, attention, and emotion constantly influence one another.
Participants experience simple ways to shift their state, improve awareness, and support how they think and feel.
You’ll experience it.
Throughout the hour, participants take part in challenges, demonstrations, conversations, movement, reflection, and real-time skill practice.
Skills that are remarkably human.
Created with young people and families in mind—and meaningful for every adult in the room.
- Young people
- Parents & caregivers
- Educators & schools
- Community groups
Parents participate. Children participate. Educators discover things about themselves. Adults often realize they need the same skills they hope children will learn.
Mindful M3 creates a shared language that families and communities can use together.
Not just ideas. Practical tools.
Focus & attention
Notice where attention goes—and practice redirecting it intentionally.
Emotional regulation
Create a little more space between what happens and what happens next.
Communication
Listen, express yourself clearly, and stay curious about another person’s experience.
Resilience
Understand that a difficult moment does not have to determine the next moment.
Mind-body awareness
Recognize how breathing, movement, posture, and physical state influence thought and feeling.
Connection
Use simple ways to strengthen relationships among children, parents, educators, and communities.
One hour can start something bigger.
Live demonstrations, participation, practical exercises, skill practice, conversation, and reflection create a memorable introduction to Mindset, Manners, and Movement.
You don’t need to master everything in an hour. The goal is to leave noticing something you didn’t notice before, understanding something a little differently, and carrying a few practical tools into the rest of your life.
After the full experience, stay for questions, conversation, and a deeper look at how Mindful M3 can support children, families, schools, and communities.
Come curious.
Leave with skills.
Bring an interactive Mindful M3 experience to your school, family organization, youth program, workplace, or community.
Three M’s. One more mindful me.
