A live, interactive My Zen Remedy experience

This isn’t a workshop.
It’s an experience.

Four signature experiences designed to help people think clearly, connect better, create movement, and build change that lasts.

Come curious. Leave with skills.

ParticipateChallenges, reflection, and real conversation
PracticeUseful skills, tried in the room
ApplySimple tools for the moments that matter
Built differently

People should leave able to do something differently.

Forget the hour-long lecture, the endless slides, and the presenter talking at the room.

These experiences are built differently. People participate. They move. They think. They laugh. They reflect. They practice. They connect what they are learning to situations they are actually living.

Participants don’t just hear about better communication, stronger motivation, emotional regulation, or behavior change. They experience the concepts in real time and leave with skills they can begin using immediately.

Four signature experiences

Four doors into the work that matters most.

Self. Relationships. Behavior. Sustainable change.

Off Autopilot

Think clearly. Respond intentionally. Take back the controls.

Much of human behavior happens before we consciously realize we are doing it.

Stress, habits, assumptions, emotional reactions, and old patterns can quietly take over the controls.

Off Autopilot is an interactive exploration of what happens when the brain shifts into automatic mode—and how to interrupt it.

Participants experience practical ways to pause, regulate, recognize patterns, and make more intentional choices when the pressure is real.

Great for workplaces, educators, parents, leadership teams, youth groups, and community organizations.

Lost in Translation

What we say. What we mean. What they hear.

Communication problems rarely begin because people have nothing to say.

They begin in the space between intention and interpretation.

Through interactive challenges, conversation, reflection, and skill practice, Lost in Translation explores why perfectly reasonable people can walk away from the same conversation with completely different experiences.

Participants practice listening, curiosity, clearer language, emotional awareness, and practical communication tools they can use at work, at home, and everywhere people have to understand one another.

03Behavior + change

The Motivation Myth

Stop pushing harder. Discover what actually moves people.

More pressure doesn’t always create more movement.

Neither do rewards, consequences, reminders, lectures, or good intentions.

The Motivation Myth challenges some of our most common assumptions about what makes people act, change, participate, and take ownership.

Participants experience the difference between compliance and genuine motivation while learning practical ways to build agency, engagement, accountability, and sustainable follow-through.

For leaders, educators, parents, teams, and anyone who has ever wondered: “Why isn’t this person motivated?”

04Growth + systems

Built for Better

Small choices. Stronger systems. Sustainable change.

Knowing what to do and actually doing it are two very different things.

Built for Better explores the architecture behind lasting change—how habits, environment, attention, purpose, and everyday choices combine to shape the lives and cultures we create.

Rather than chasing another burst of motivation, participants examine what makes positive change easier to begin, easier to repeat, and more likely to last.

This is personal growth made practical.

Participants leave with a clearer understanding of where change begins and concrete tools for building what comes next.

Hear less. Do more.

You’ll experience it.

Throughout the room, people take part in challenges, demonstrations, conversations, movement, reflection, and real-time skill practice.

NoticeSee the pattern as it happens.
TryPractice a tool while support is in the room.
CarryLeave ready to use it in real life.
One experience. Built for your room.

The title stays. The room shapes the experience.

These four experiences are starting points—not scripts pulled off a shelf.

A leadership team faces different challenges than a group of parents.

Teachers experience motivation differently than corporate managers.

A room of teenagers should never experience the same presentation as a room of executives.

And they won’t.

Bespoke experiences

Sometimes the best experience doesn’t exist yet.

Tell us what is happening.

  • Maybe your team is exhausted.
  • Maybe communication has become strained.
  • Maybe people are struggling with accountability.
  • Maybe parents need support.
  • Maybe students are disengaged.
  • Maybe your organization is navigating change, conflict, or growth.
That is where the conversation begins

Together, we identify the challenge, the people in the room, and what you want them to walk away thinking, feeling, understanding—and doing differently.

01

Name the challengeWhat is happening now?

02

Know the roomWho needs to be met there?

03

Design the shiftWhat should be different afterward?

From there, a bespoke experience is designed around your audience.

Ready to make the hour matter?

The goal isn’t to fill an hour.
The goal is to make the hour matter.
