All Founding Co-Creators agree to a brief Non-Disclosure & Confidentiality Agreement (NDA) before receiving access to the draft.
Why: It protects the proprietary content—curriculum structure, characters, stories, and therapeutic framework—while still inviting open collaboration and feedback.
What: It simply asks that you not share, copy, or redistribute the draft materials publicly or commercially.
How: You’ll acknowledge the NDA through a short digital form immediately after checkout. Once signed, your access link will be sent to you. -
The circle is intentionally limited to 50 Founding Co-Creators worldwide. This ensures each voice is heard, feedback is meaningful, and the review process stays personal and purposeful.

After publication, Mindful M³ will move into pilot partnerships with schools, families, and youth programs. Founding Co-Creators will receive early invitations to participate in pilot evaluations, facilitator trainings, and ambassador opportunities as the program scales.

Because this is a developmental investment that directly funds production, contributions are non-refundable. However, if for any reason the project cannot be completed, all Founders will receive the most current version of the curriculum plus full credit toward future releases.
