Mindful M3 for a Mindful Me

Grow strength, compassion and intelligence from the inside out

A 9-class journey that helps children build self-reliance, confidence, healthy habits, emotional strength, and greater comfort in social settings, friendships, and everyday life.

Saturdays | 11:30 AM–12:30 PM | Every other week for 9 weeks starting May 16, 2026
Anchor Lutheran School
Full Series: $450
Includes one child + one parent/caregiver
Second child add-on: $225
Drop-ins: $60

Designed as a parent-supported experience: each enrollment includes one parent or caregiver and one child, because the strongest growth happens when the tools are shared at home. In select cases, independent child participation may be approved.

Schools teach the world. Relationships teach children how to live in it.

When we add R for Relationships to STEM and STEAM, we move toward MASTER—and that is The kind of holistic, vision-forward, practical thinking that created Mindful M3.

By strengthening a child’s relationship with self, family, emotions, choices, and community, Mindful M3 helps develop awareness, attention, and accountability—the real-life skills that bring more peace to the home and more strength to a child’s future.

And because these skills grow best through consistency, Mindful M3 is designed to include the child and a parent or caregiver whenever possible. When the same language is shared in class and at home, learning becomes lifestyle.

MINDSET

How thoughts shape life

MANNERS

How relationships are built

MOVEMENT

How habits shape a child

Children are learning more than academics

They are also learning how to handle pressure, frustration, friendships, loneliness, confidence, communication, responsibility, and self-control. These are the very areas many families feel are missing.

Children learn how to:

  • build confidence from the inside out

  • manage emotions without shutting down or exploding

  • communicate with more kindness and clarity

  • develop stronger habits, choices, and self-care

  • become more resilient in friendships, family life, and everyday challenges

The 9-Class Experience

The full Mindful M3 series is designed as a journey.

Each class stands on its own, but the deepest growth happens when children move through all three arcs of the system.

For families who want something meaningful to do together

Mindful M3 is for families who want more than behavior management or surface-level advice.

It is for parents who want to:

  • grow alongside their child

  • build stronger connection through shared learning

  • give their child practical emotional and relational tools

  • create healthier patterns at home

  • invest in something meaningful, memorable, and useful

This experience is especially valuable for families who want to be more intentional in how they connect, communicate, and grow together.

From Struggling… to Leading

This work has already helped children shift in powerful ways.

From reactive and overwhelmed → calm and self-aware
From withdrawn and contracted → engaged and expressive
From struggling socially → stepping into leadership in their classroom

Not because they were told what to do— Because they were shown how to think, respond, and act differently.

And when a parent or caregiver is learning alongside them, the carryover becomes even stronger. The child is not left trying to translate the experience alone once class is over.

How That Change Happens

This is not a boring lecture-style class.

Children don’t just hear ideas—they experience them.

Through hands-on exercises, real-life scenarios, guided practice, movement, and reflection, children begin to understand themselves in a new way.

Every class gives them:

👉 Tools they can use immediately at home
👉 Simple practices they actually understand
👉 Clear actions they can take right away

So learning doesn’t stay in the classroom—

It shows up in real life.

What Makes Mindful M³ Different

Mindful M³ is not just another SEL toolkit. It’s a whole-life framework forged from decades of hands-on work with every age group, built around families, and intentionally ACE-informed.

  • Clinically grounded: Rooted in neuro-psychotherapy and cognitive behavioral therapy, translated into child-friendly language and everyday practices.

  • Family-centric: Designed for parents, educators, and caregivers to practice together—because change sticks when home and school align.

  • Trauma-aware: Crafted with sensitivity to Adverse Childhood Experiences, emphasizing safety, regulation, repair, and prosocial skills. CDC+1

  • Behavior → Lifestyle: We don’t chase one-off behaviors; we condition durable habits through Mindset, Manners (moral code of conduct), and Movement (daily actions & habits).

This is where your investment compounds: evidence-based SEL + ACE-aware design + family practice = outsized, lasting gains. CASEL+1

Made with a kid, for kids

Mindful M3 is co-created with my 10-year-old daughter. She pressure-tests every routine in real life—morning rush, recess conflicts, homework time, bedtime wind-down—so the language lands, the timing fits, and the visuals invite kids to join in. This is a curriculum designed with children, not merely for them.

Need deeper support?

One-on-one guidance can amplify the curriculum

For some children, group learning is a powerful beginning. For others, especially those dealing with stronger behavioral struggles, emotional pain, social difficulty, bullying, or feeling deeply misunderstood, private guidance can help accelerate the progress.

Mindful M3 (Mindful Me) is a children's curriculum that transforms how kids think, feel, and move through the world. Built for 3rd–5th graders, its magic works at any age.

  • Possibly. In select cases, children who are ready to engage well independently may be approved to attend without a parent or caregiver.

  • Each registration covers one parent or caregiver and one child, unless otherwise approved.

  • Yes. Additional children may join at half off the regular price.

  • The full program is 9 classes over about 5.5 months.
