About Mindful M3
For decades, I’ve dedicated my life to education and holistic health, serving children, families, and communities as both a wellness practitioner and lifelong educator. Mindful M3 is the culmination of that journey—a curriculum I co-created with my daughter, blending our lived experience and deep knowledge into a unique, story-driven approach to social-emotional learning.
I currently use Mindful M3 with my young clients, many of whom are facing significant challenges—from eating disorders and borderline personality disorder to thoughts of self-harm. The results have been transformative. This curriculum is helping children build resilience, empathy, and healthy habits, while providing practical tools for emotional regulation and self-care.
Mindful M3 is now available as a living, evolving resource. It’s the product of years of hands-on work, research, and heartfelt collaboration, designed to meet the urgent need for social and emotional learning in today’s world.
